- Program requirements
- Medicare policies
- Corporate ethics
The training emphasizes the ACO’s commitment to compliance with current legal and program standards and any and all legal requirements and policies.
This training program includes sessions highlighting:
- The ACO’s compliance program
- Standards of conduct
- Marketing practices
- Summaries of fraud and abuse laws
- Reporting requirements
- HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
