Dr. Frances Ilozue completed her medical education at the State Medical Academy St Petersburg, Russia. Prior to settling in Buffalo, NY, Dr. Ilozue held positions in Enugu and Lagos in Nigeria. She was at UB Internal Medicine/Pediatric Residency Program for 2 years and then went to complete Family Medicine Residency training at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center in Johnstown, PA. Right after graduation and Board Certification in 2007, she opened a private practice Rapha Family Medicine, PC located at 2200 Main St in Buffalo, NY. The practice provides comprehensive primary care services with emphasis on disease prevention and optimal chronic diseases management through patient-doctor partnership.
Dr. Frances Ilozue is an active member at Bethesda World Harvest International Church under the leadership of Bishop Michael Badger. Other activities include International Mission with Rapha Health and Wellness Foundation, focused on disease prevention and chronic disease management in the medically underserved regions. Also active in other faith-based and health related community outreach programs including: Career Mentorship for Adolescents and Young adults interested in healthcare related careers.
